Canobie Lake Park’s Security Department is looking to fill the following full-time/part-time seasonal positions:
EVENT SECURITY OFFICERS
TURNSTILE SECURITY AGENTS
Canobie Lake Park Security personnel work in various locations throughout our park, both on-stage and off-stage, maintaining a safe and secure environment that enables our Guests and Cast Members to experience the magic of our Park.
Security Officer roles include walking patrol, motor patrol, fixed-post patrol, and bicycle patrol. Roles may include: writing and inputting reports, conducting inspections of bags or packages, directing traffic, responding to radio calls as needed, monitoring areas as necessary, calling in safety concerns and completing visual inspections and observing occurrences of areas being patrolled.
Event Security personnel assist during special events and during our Halloween event, Screeemfest.
Turnstile Security personnel conduct bag checks as guests enter the Park.
Security personnel will also be trained to respond to Guest emergencies as needed.

CANOBIE LAKE PARK IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF FULL-TIME AMUSEMENT RIDE MECHANIC
The Ride Mechanic will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish amusement rides and their subsystems. This individual will ensure all rides and equipment comply with all Canobie Lake Park Corp. and equipment manufacturers' operating standards and requirements. The Ride Mechanic will perform visual and auditory inspections of rides and attractions. The Ride Mechanic will maintain proper records for all inspections, maintenance and repairs performed.
This position requires a background in machine repair, including the ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems. Two plus years experience with mechanical/electro-mechanical maintenance on aircraft, heavy equipment or industrial machinery. Previous theme park experience is a plus. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic and safety sensitivity. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training or background experience in welding, machining and the understanding of electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics and control systems is beneficial. Candidates must possess the ability to read, write and communicate in English to sufficiently perform the key duties of the Ride Mechanic.
The Ride Mechanic must have the ability and be willing to:
- Climb and work at various heights up to 85 feet.
- Perform heavy lifting
- Work in all weather conditions
- Work varied shifts and schedules, including nights and weekends.
- Provide hand tools.
- Possess a valid driver's license
Candidates will be required to submit to and pass the following:
- Criminal background check.
- Motor vehicle operators check.
- Pre employment physical.
- Pre employment drug test.
Wages will be commensurate with experience.
